Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales targets and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
