Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional greeting to every customer entering the store.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers in finding products, answering inquiries, and providing recommendations to ensure satisfaction.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and fitting rooms at all times.
- Sales Support: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash and card payments efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and inventory counts.
- Brand Representation: Uphold company values and represent our brand with professionalism and energy.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- No Experience Required: We provide full training; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are all you need.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium merchandise (up to 20 lbs).
