Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Provide exceptional customer service to every shopper, ensuring a welcoming and premium experience.
- Merchandising: Maintain high visual standards by stocking shelves, folding clothing, and organizing displays according to company guidelines.
- Store Operations: Support the daily flow of operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that fit their lifestyle.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Reliability: Demonstrated punctuality and a strong work ethic with a history of immediate availability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
