Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Point of Sale Operations: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, handling cash, credit, and gift cards with precision.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked. Assist with restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are appealing.
- Inventory Support: Conduct regular price checks and assist with inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk frequently, and lift up to 25 lbs.
