Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using our advanced POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Manage inventory through restocking, visual merchandising, and cycle counting procedures
- Uphold brand standards through consistent store presentation and cleanliness
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Availability exclusively for Saturday and Sunday shifts (no weekday commitments required)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Center Drive location
