Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Stock shelves and display areas to ensure products are organized, priced correctly, and visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and organizing the stockroom.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with retail software is a plus.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn.
