Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service using the GREET model (Greet, Recommend, Engage, Explain, Thank)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Participate in monthly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM shifts)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills and comfort with POS technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must pass background check and provide reliable transportation
