As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in finding the perfect products.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and price changes as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with the floor team to ensure store goals are met during peak weekend hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional evenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the New York City location.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
