Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash with accountability.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is clean and visually appealing.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales goals and store objectives.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) and occasional evenings.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
