Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products, providing detailed product information, and processing sales transactions efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS).
- Restock shelves and displays to ensure the store is always organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Manage inventory levels, including checking for discrepancies and reporting stock needs to the management team.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend hours to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from our downtown San Francisco location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
