Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store remains clean and inviting.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
