Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, specifically during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Stock shelves and display areas to ensure products are organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets and inventory goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishing.
Qualifications
- No prior retail or sales experience is required; we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Reliable transportation and a positive, energetic work ethic.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
