Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor at the entrance and throughout the store.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Stock shelves and displays to ensure the store remains organized and visually appealing.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process cash/credit transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently and courteously.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintaining stockroom organization.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to the San Jose location.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
