Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide friendly, efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor by stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and removing debris.
- Transactions: Ring up sales accurately on the register, process returns, and handle cash and credit transactions with precision.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving deliveries, organizing stock rooms, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure products are available.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the visual appeal of the store by ensuring displays are attractive and organized according to company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time and ready to work.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
