Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and answering product-related questions.
- Stock shelves and display merchandise to maintain a clean, organized store appearance.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with inventory management and stock counts during off-peak hours.
- Maintain a safe and secure checkout area by following cash-handling protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations throughout the weekend.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
