Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Organize shelves and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Answer phone inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
