Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and logging shipments.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising according to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store objectives.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work primarily on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Francisco location.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
