Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers entering the store.
- Assist with stocking merchandise and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Ensure the store is fully prepared for business during opening procedures or secured properly during closing.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve weekly sales targets.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check.
