Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm, professional demeanor and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate stock counts.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with strict attention to accuracy and security.
- Assist with store promotions, visual merchandising, and special events.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries effectively.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math and cash handling skills are preferred but not required.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
