Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a neat and appealing shopping environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and backroom areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure total satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate objects.
