Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product guidance to weekend shoppers
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Restock inventory and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation processes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Participate in quarterly weekend promotions and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
