Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Manage inventory counts and restock operations during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless store operations
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Support store cleanliness and safety protocols throughout all shifts
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid Washington State ID or driver's license required
- 18+ years of age to handle alcohol-related sales (if applicable)
