Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized shopping experiences
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash, and maintain secure cash drawer protocols
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process returns/exchanges, and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues during peak rush periods
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to store management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and store operational procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customers
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions and inventory tasks
- Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays, 8am-6pm)
