Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist Customers: Provide friendly and professional service to shoppers, answering questions and assisting with product selection.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently process transactions, handle cash, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing by stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure store goals are met.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- No Experience Required: A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
