- Execute visual merchandising plans including restocking, floor sets, and seasonal displays
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in stock receiving processes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards at all times
- Participate in weekend floor coverage during peak shopping hours
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible weekday availability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management
