Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product recommendations and checkout assistance
- Merchandise and organize displays to maintain an inviting store environment
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash responsibly
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Uphold safety standards and cleanliness protocols throughout the retail space
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old (valid work permit required if under 18)
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to the Tryon Street location
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
