Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain organized store appearance
- Assist with inventory counts and merchandise receiving procedures
- Operate cash registers, handle payments, and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and store cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Reliable transportation to our Gateway Blvd location
