Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and answering inquiries promptly.
- Operations: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked according to company standards.
- Inventory: Assist with inventory management, including price checks and stock replenishment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow associates to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and dependability.
