- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized consultations and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including window displays and in-store arrangements
- Manage inventory counts and stock replenishment for weekend sales periods
- Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal displays during peak weekend traffic
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and organization of sales floor
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work independently during busy weekend shifts
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Knowledge of luxury retail or fashion industry a plus
