As a Weekend Retail Associate, you'll be the face of our brand during peak shopping hours, bringing our curated collection to life for discerning DC customers. Your weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 10 AM-6 PM) will directly contribute to our store's success while building valuable retail experience in one of America's most exciting cities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours (10 AM-6 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Manage inventory counts and stockroom organization
- Assist with weekend promotions and seasonal displays
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve weekend sales targets
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work consistently on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Flexibility to adapt to changing store needs
- Valid work authorization in the United States
