Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and handle cash management
- Execute visual merchandising standards including stock rotation, display updates, and inventory management
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance across all departments
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in receiving, processing, and organizing inventory shipments
- Support promotional events and weekend sales initiatives with energy and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; current students welcome to apply
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with approachable, service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays, 8AM-6PM)
- Team player with adaptability in fast-paced retail environments
