- Provide outstanding customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations and peak customer flow
- Support store opening/closing procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) with flexible scheduling
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Reliable transportation to our Capital Blvd location
