Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and checkout assistance
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Merchandise, restock, and visually arrange displays to reflect current trends and promotions
- Assist with inventory management including cycle counts and shipment processing
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and safety protocols throughout all shifts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible weekday availability
- Strong communication skills and approachable customer service demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- 18+ years old with legal authorization to work in the US
- Passion for fashion, art, or culture preferred
- Reliable transportation to LoDo location
