Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with exceptional enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks and food items according to company standards
- Process cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized merchandising displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations

Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
