- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized style consultations and product knowledge
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accurate cash handling
- Visual merchandising to create eye-catching displays that drive weekend foot traffic
- Inventory management including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute weekend promotions and events
- Maintain pristine store standards through daily cleaning and organization
- Support social media initiatives by capturing customer content and trend insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexibility for holiday hours
- Strong visual merchandising skills with fashion industry awareness
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license for occasional errands
