Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock merchandise on shelves and organize displays to maintain an inviting store layout.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred (on-the-job training provided).
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
