- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Stock merchandise and maintain visual merchandising standards across sales floor
- Execute inventory counts and replenish stock according to company guidelines
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations and cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal events during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Fashion District location
