Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to weekend shoppers
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Assist with visual merchandising, inventory counts, and store displays
- Manage fitting rooms and maintain organized, visually appealing sales floors
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and store operational procedures
- Provide timely shift handovers and maintain clear communication logs
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 10am-6pm)
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation to various Omaha retail locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Professional appearance and positive attitude under pressure
- Flexibility to work occasional holiday weekends if required
