Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Stock and merchandise displays according to visual standards
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Operate fitting rooms and maintain store cleanliness
- Support team during peak weekend shopping hours
- Participate in weekly staff training sessions
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8am-5pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
