Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Restock inventory and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Familiarity with technology and POS systems is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
