Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately process transactions.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and policies.
- Assist with store inventory management and markdowns.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping floor at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
