Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays in accordance with brand guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales goals
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville location
- 18+ years of age with legal work authorization
