Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorset resets and display updates
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving/shopping floor replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain clean, organized store appearance
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Passion for fashion and youth culture trends
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional errands)
