Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend production activities across 3 manufacturing lines
- Coordinate shift schedules and resource allocation for weekend operations
- Implement quality control protocols and safety standards
- Lead team of 12+ production associates during weekend shifts
- Monitor production metrics and optimize weekend output efficiency
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
- Address immediate operational issues and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in manufacturing/supervisory experience
- Proven weekend shift leadership in production environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Basic proficiency in ERP/MES systems
