Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and mobility assistance
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and documentation
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergencies
- Support diagnostic procedures and specimen collection
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems accurately
Qualifications
- Current Ohio Nurse Aide (STNA) or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to cover varied weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Basic computer proficiency with EHR systems
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Pass background check and drug screening
