Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care assistance during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Monitor patient vital signs and document health status accurately
- Coordinate with medical teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Assist with patient mobility, medication administration, and treatment prep
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
- Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (6AM-6PM)
- BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Background check and drug screening required
