- Handle patient billing inquiries and insurance verification
- Support weekend telemedicine consultations
- Prepare weekend shift reports for medical staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 1+ years healthcare administration experience
- EMR/EHR system proficiency
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently during off-hours
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to cover occasional weekday backups
