Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake, scheduling, and administrative tasks for weekend patient appointments
- Assist with patient triage and basic clinical procedures under supervision
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and support staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Support infection control protocols and facility cleanliness standards
- Participate in weekend team huddles and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CMA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or patient-facing experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
