Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-ins and verify insurance information
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Administer basic clinical procedures (vitals, injections, EKGs)
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Handle patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Assist in emergency response protocols when needed
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA/MA certification preferred)
- Ability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and occasional holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency with EHR systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Tennessee state healthcare clearance required
- Background check and drug screen mandatory
