Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake and appointment scheduling for weekend patient volume
- Manage electronic health records with precision and confidentiality
- Assist medical staff with clinical documentation and administrative tasks
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and in-person with empathy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions
- Support weekend triage and urgent care coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- 1+ years experience in medical office or healthcare setting
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced weekend environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
